SHIPPING PROCESS
The average processing time is approximately 3 to 10 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. Some order can take between 5-10 business days to process.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the length of the shipment process will be determined by the item with the longest processing time.
SHIPPING TIME
For express shipping, deliveries usually take between 3 to 10 days for most orders. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live, and can be affected by different factors such as customs or delayed shipping. After you receive your tracking number, please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking to be updated. In the event the tracking number does not update after 3 days, please contact us and we will conduct an investigation immediately.
MERGE ORDERS INTO ONE SHIPMENT
Please note that your orders can be merged (combined) into one shipment (possibly multiple packages) in order for us to accelerate the shipping process. If you would not prefer for us to merge your orders into one shipment, please leave a note at checkout.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Please note that due to the increased risk of damage for larger, heavier packages, we tend to divide shipment into separate packages, if required. The customs authority processes and examines a shipment based on its commercial invoice. Separating an order into multiple packages does not mean that the number of shipments increases. As it still counts as one shipment, it will not affect the customs-related process or duty fees.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we'll update you with a tracking number. A link to the tracking page will be supplied through the shipment email. For certain destination countries, the tracking number may not update until the package arrives there, so do not worry if you initially experience tracking issues.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
Customs duties are taxes charged on imported goods, which means the buyer (importer) is responsible for them. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being shipped to you which may be charged custom fees upon their arrival to your country.
In the event you do incur fees, they must pay be paid in order to receive the parcel. If you do not accept (refuse) the parcel or you are unavailable to receive it for any reason, the item will be returned to South Korea, where we have to pay the import duties from both countries as well as an additional shipping charge. We deduct the total duties and shipping charges incurred from the amount paid by you and refund the remaining balance. Please note that you will not be entitled to a refund if there is no remaining balance after these fees are deducted.
SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH KOREA
As COKODIVE operates out of South Korea, customers with a domestic (South Korean) delivery address are eligible for free shipping. However, a 10% tax will be applied.
HOLIDAY SEASONS
While COKODIVE products make great gifts for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions, we recommend buying these items well in advance. Buying the item during the same month of an occasion puts it at risk of not arriving on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive by a specified date.
