**ORDER NOTICE**

To ensure all new COKODIVE Bulk Buys members correctly receive their early membership discount benefits, orders will be manually reviewed by the COKODIVE team prior to being processed. Customers will then receive an invoice as soon as the order is verified.

SHIPPING

What are your shipping cost & times?

We can usually process your orders within 3-10 business days, and express shipping deliveries take 2-5 business days. In rare cases, shipping can take up to 10 business days. Shipping times can fluctuate depending on what products were purchased and which region the order is being shipped too.


Please review our Delivery Restrictions page for important delivery information that may be relevant to your region.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped we'll update you with a tracking number. A link to the tracking page will be supplied through the shipment email.

My order isn't here yet, what's up?

Shipping times vary based on a number of reasons, including logistics, weather, and customs delays. Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 15 days so we can work to solve this issue.

If it has been less than 10 days, your package may be still in transit, so please give it a little more time to arrive at your delivery address.

What is your return policy?

Do you allow exchanges?

Sure, they follow the same rules as our returns.

Is my information safe?

Of course it is! All your payment information is encrypted and processed through PayPal, the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. The only information we store is your name, email, and address for obvious reasons.

The price changed during the check-out process. Why?

This is a common questions for customers who have changed store currency (USD) to their currency. When you enter the checkout, the prices will be converted back into US Dollars.

You can be rest assured that the price is the same no matter which currency is used.

 

OTHER

Why did I get a different size from what I ordered?

Some clothing from our suppliers are 'Asian size,' which means that the size you would normally order from a clothing retailer in your country may be differ.

When purchasing clothing from COKODIVE, please double-check the measurements on the product page before choosing which size to order. You can find the size chart containing each product's detailed measurements on its respective product page. Please make sure to use it to determine which size would fit best. 

 

I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

Cancellation request must be requested immediately after receiving the order confirmation email. (Please note that if the order is already processed, we may not be able to cancel your order.) 

 

Why did I receive a refund/partial refund?

Sometimes we automatically issue refunds to you due to shipping delays, depleted stocks, or other issues with shipping and delivery. We will refund you via the original method in which you paid for the relevant order. Unfortunately, we cannot direct refunds to different accounts or payment methods.

 

What if I need to make a change to my order?

If you need to add/remove items or change details of your order, we ask that you cancel your existing order and place a new one. If an item that was in your original order is sold out when placing the new order, please contact cs.cokodive@mobicontentstech.com.
